This course is designed to be a fun and informative introduction to making consistently great espresso based drinks at home!
The course is conducted on either a Sage Dual Boiler or La Marzocco Linea Classic and covers:
- Choosing the best beans
- Dosing & Grinding
- Pulling the Perfect Shot
- Textured Milk & Microfoam
- Latte Art
- Cleaning & Maintenance
The session will last approx 90 minutes and includes as much espresso as you can manage during the session! Due to the timings of the sessions, we will start with our (really, really good) decaff and switch over to our (also amazing) full caffienated house blend should you wish :)
Due to space restrictions, maximum number of people per session is limited to 2 (same booking)
